Phu Yen is the central coastal province lying between the northern latitude of 12.50 to 13.42 and the western longitude of 108.41 to 109.23, with provincial capital is Tuy Hoa city. Phu Yen has the area of more than 5.045km2 and the populations of more than 800.000 people disposing focus along the coastal flat country side, and very sparse populations at some hilly and mountainous area in the west.
